Backed by 15 years of experience in the IT, business consultancy, and outsourcing industries, Sjoerd Krosse is responsible for the overall results of our clients' offshore operations in the Philippines. Before becoming CEO, he served as COO of MicroSourcing for 3 years, growing the company from 2,000 employees to over 3,500. As CEO, he continues to demonstrate his hands-on approach and personal involvement throughout every client's start-up phase and ongoing operations. Prior to working at MicroSourcing, Sjoerd was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Consultancy group at Accenture in Amsterdam for 11 years. He gained experience in various areas including IT Project Management, CRM, Offshoring & Outsourcing, HR, and Facility Management. Sjoerd holds a Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.

Philip Kooijman is the founder of MicroSourcing and served as the company's CEO up to April 2016. Philip has been operating in the offshore outsourcing industry in the Philippines ever since he started his first offshore delivery center back in 2004. Throughout the years, Philip has successfully launched offshore operations for multiple medium-sized and large enterprises from Australia, the UK, and the US ranging in size from five to 1200 employees. As Chief Strategy Officer, Philip focuses primarily on the strategy of the business and the initiatives that will support its growth. Prior to MicroSourcing, Philip founded numerous companies in the internet and IT consultancy industry after working as an IT & Strategy Consultant at Accenture. Philip holds a Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
